Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity
David Wolf is a proud brother and Alumnus of the Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity. Founded in 1909, Lambda Chi Alpha is a fraternity with chapters across the Nation. The mission of Lambda Chi Alpha is to promote the development of young men by shaping what they know, who they are and what they can do. Mr. Wolf was initiated in the Epsilon Mu Chapter (EM) located at the University of Florida in the Spring of 1985. He was active in the fraternity's social and community activities. In 1986, he was elected to the office of High Sigma - Academic and Educational Chairman of the Fraternity - otherwise referred to as Scholastic Chairman. The High Sigma was responsible for promoting scholarship and academics among the fraternity members. That same year, Mr. Wolf was honored with the Most Scholastic Brother Award. He took pride not only his own academic achievements at the University of Florida but also in the academic success and progress of his fellow Brothers. While serving as the High Sigma - Scholastic Chairman, Mr. Wolf led study groups and also worked with a number of the Brother and the Associate Members with their studies. Mr. Wolf was a vital part of Lambda Chi Alpha's soccer team which participated in the Inter-fraternity League at the University of Florida. The soccer team won its division and eventually the campus championship behind the play of Wolf and his Brothers. In 1989, Mr. Wolf was elected as High Alpha - President of the Fraternity. Due to changes in the University of Florida policies and procedures as to fraternity events and the service of alcohol, it was a challenging time to serve as President but Wolf and the rest of the fraternity adapted to the changes and continued the fraternity's great tradition of campus and community development. Lambda Chi Alpha took pride in the fact that the fraternity did not have "pledges". Lambda Chi Alpha had "Associate Members". The local and national fraternity believed and promoted brotherhood by acting responsibly and respectively towards both the Brothers and Associate Members.
After serving as President, Mr. Wolf, as a law student at the University of Florida College of Law, served in the position of Graduate Advisor. As a Senior member of the fraternity, Mr. Wolf helped mentor the brothers in the fraternity with academics, selection of colleges and majors, job searches, and other matters. Mr. Wolf graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science - Business Administration - Finance in 1987 and with his Juris Doctorate in 1990. During each graduation ceremony, Mr. Wolf marched side by side with his fraternity brothers who as proud fraternity brothers and graduates of the University of Florida have gone on to make a difference in many different industries, professions, and communities. Through the brotherhood that formed as an active brother of Lambda Chi Alpha including years of service as an Officer and Board Member, David Wolf learned the values of friendship, trust, loyalty, and yes, brotherhood. To this day, Mr. Wolf counts among his trusted friends, advisors, and colleagues many of the brothers of Lambda Chi Alpha.
