Jackie Robinson Ballpark is recognized as one of the best and most historic baseball parks in Minor League Baseball. The ballpark is named after Jackie Robinson, who played his first professional baseball game at the ballpark. For his historic spring training game at the ballpark in 1946, Jackie Robinson wore the number 9. Jackie Robinson Day is celebrated on April 15th each year, when fans wear number 9 to honor Jackie Robinson's legacy. Jackie Robinson Ballpark is the home field for the Daytona Tortugas and also hosts many community events and celebrations throughout the year. It brings people, families, and the community together in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.

Beginning in the 2027 season, David Alan Wolf, Personal Injury Attorney, and the Wolf Family will join the Daytona Tortugas as a Community Partner to help continue the great tradition of good, wholesome fun for fans of all kinds, including those who are young and young at heart. To further celebrate the legacy of Jackie Robinson, Frankie wears K-9 on the back of his Tortugas jersey.
